This department, falling under Colin Cilliers, handles the drafting of wills, estate planning, the administration of deceased estates and instructions from one of the local trust companies for the transfer of fixed property in deceased estates administered by them.

Criminal Law
Presently four attorneys are available to assist clients with all criminal matters, namely Daan Roberts, Lebohang Molete, Motlatsi Mpobole and Retief Koekemoer.
